Using strawberry spirit made from hand-picked regional strawberries, a strawberry liqueur is created – aromatic, summery, and juicy-sweet. Full of fruit and with a well-rounded flavour.

The base of our strawberry liqueur is our in-house strawberry spirit. For this, we hand-pick selected strawberries in Bad Lauterberg and carefully mash them. They are then gently macerated and slowly distilled to preserve their full aroma. Afterwards, we combine the strawberry spirit with strawberry fruit juice and other ingredients to create a harmonious liqueur. Like all our products, it is blended with particularly soft water from the Harz National Park.

On its own, as an aperitif, in cocktails, in desserts e.g. over ice cream.
There's only a small window for strawberry harvesting each year – and that's precisely what we make the most of. Then, for our team, it's time to head out to the strawberry field! Together, we hand-pick the ripe fruits and process them straight away. To ensure the fresh flavours are perfectly preserved, the strawberries are prepared immediately and steeped in alcohol. And one thing we can promise: when we process the many kilos of strawberries, the entire distillery smells of summer.
