Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

At present, we only deliver within Germany.

Due to the EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR), which has been generally applicable since 12 August 2026, we are unfortunately unable to dispatch orders to other EU Member States at present, as we are currently unable to fulfil the packaging regulations required for cross-border sales – in particular, registration and extended producer responsibility (EPR) – in the respective destination country.

In addition to the prices quoted, we charge postage for deliveries within Germany based on weight. The postage charges will be clearly shown to you again in the shopping basket and on the order page.

There are no shipping costs for digital content (tickets, e-books, software, etc.).

The flat-rate shipping fee is 6.95 euros. The flat-rate shipping fee includes statutory VAT. As VAT is calculated on the flat-rate shipping fee depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the delivery charge can only be finalised during the ordering process. However, it cannot be increased, but only reduced in your favour.
