Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

We currently deliver to the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Austria

In addition to the prices stated, we charge shipping costs for delivery within Germany and Austria according to weight. The shipping costs are clearly indicated in the shopping basket system and on the order page. The shipping costs for delivery abroad depend on the shipping zone of the country of destination.

There are no shipping costs for digital content (tickets, e-books, software, etc.).

The flat-rate shipping fee is 6.95 euros. The flat-rate shipping fee includes statutory VAT. As VAT is calculated on the flat-rate shipping fee depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the delivery charge can only be finalised during the ordering process. However, it cannot be increased, but only reduced in your favour.
