Our fine mirabelle plum brandy is transformed into a fruity liqueur in which sweet honey notes, a hint of vanilla and subtle hints of almond blend together to create a well-balanced flavour profile.

The basis of our mirabelle plum liqueur is our own mirabelle plum brandy. To make this, fully ripe mirabelle plums from Lake Constance are gently distilled to preserve their full flavour. We then blend the mirabelle plum brandy with mirabelle plum juice and other ingredients to create a harmonious liqueur. Like all our products, it is blended using particularly soft water from the Harz National Park.
Distinctly fruity, sweet, slightly tart.
On its own or as an aperitif.
