Our full-bodied plum brandy is transformed into a harmonious liqueur that impresses with its depth of ripe fruit, a velvety-smooth mouthfeel and a delicately spicy finish.

The basis of our plum liqueur is our own home-made plum brandy. To make this, selected plums from Aspenstedt are gently distilled to preserve their full flavour. We then blend the plum brandy with plum juice and other ingredients to create a harmonious liqueur. Like all our products, it is blended using particularly soft water from the Harz National Park.
