The basis of our cherry liqueur is our own cherry brandy distillate. To make this, selected cherries are gently distilled to preserve their full flavour. We then blend the cherry brandy with cherry juice and other ingredients to create a harmonious liqueur. Like all our products, it is blended using particularly soft water from the Harz National Park.
A pronounced cherry flavour with a hint of marzipan.
On its own, as an aperitif, in cocktails, in desserts e.g. over ice cream.
