Our coffee liqueur brings rich coffee notes, subtle chocolate and a pleasant smoothness to the glass. The 100 % Arabica beans are traditionally drum-roasted in Bad Lauterberg, extracted using the cold brew method and refined with coffee cherry extract.

Manufacture

For our coffee liqueur, we use 100 % Arabica beans from India, which have distinct nutty and chocolatey notes and a pleasant smoothness.

We source our coffee from Kaffeemanufaktur Schnibbe in Bad Lauterberg. There, the beans are hand-roasted in a drum to allow the aromas to develop intensely.

In the cold-brew process, we extract the coffee notes. The liqueur is refined with further ingredients, for example coffee cherry extract, and the soft water from the Harz National Park.

Pleasure to know

The coffee liqueur is refined with coffee cherry extract. This is not obtained from the coffee bean, but from the pulp of the coffee cherry that surrounds the bean. The extract has a fruity, slightly sweet taste and complements the coffee and roasted aromas.
