We compose our fine hazelnut spirit with particularly nougaty and chocolaty notes into a nutty and intense liqueur. A fine, full-bodied pleasure.

Our hazelnut spirit forms the base for our hazelnut liqueur. The special characteristic of our hazelnut spirit: before maceration and subsequent distillation, the „Runde Römer“ hazelnut variety are meticulously drum-roasted by hand to allow their nutty aromas to develop intensely.
We developed this idea together with the Kaffeemanufaktur Schnibbe in Bad Lauterberg; the hazelnuts are also roasted there. We then combine the hazelnut spirit with other ingredients to make a delicious, nutty liqueur.
A hint of real vanilla pod and the soft water from the Harz National Park complete the composition.
