Our gin
A forest walk through the Harz mountains, captured in gin. Rough forests, mossy streams, cool air. Then: clearings, granite, flowers, berries. Selected botanicals are refined into four of our own distillates: woody, juniper clear, fruity-earthy, lemony-fresh. Only their interplay becomes our gin.
WOODWALK is a true piece of craftsmanship: four separate distillates are produced for it and combined with care and flair to create a unique composition. Its flavour is characterised by strong, regionally inspired botanicals, 100 % natural ingredients and a clear juniper note. Rounded off with water from the Harz National Park.
DISTILLED DIVERSITY
Our fires
Our brandies are a sign of the art of distilling. We use fully ripe, aromatic fruit, which is carefully processed by us. Gentle fermentation gives the flavours time to fully develop. We distil twice through 7 floors and when it comes to the centre barrel separation: quality before quantity. Our brandies are rounded off with water from the Harz National Park.
The result: varietal brandies with depth, structure and a long finish. No sugar, just fruit and craftsmanship.
INTENSE AND AUTHENTIC
Our spirits
Our spirits are all about fine extraction: before distillation, the fine fruit or nutty flavours are captured by extraction in high-proof alcohol. This preserves the natural flavour - intense, clear and expressive. We then distil and carefully separate the first, middle and last run.
The same applies here as with the brandies: Quality is more important to us than quantity. It takes time and care and a fine sense of flavours. We use soft water from the Harz National Park for blending.
VARIETY FOR THE PALATE
Our liqueurs
Our liqueurs combine intense flavours with a delicate sweetness and a pleasant warmth. Typical of liqueurs is their aromatic density - each sip unfolds slowly and complexly on the palate. The speciality: Where possible, the fruit or nut itself becomes the distillate - and the delicious base in the liqueurs.
Whether light and playful or powerful and expressive: a pleasure to close your eyes, to linger over, to savour again and again.
