Für unseren Zwetschgenbrand werden hochreife Zwetschgen aus Aspenstedt schonend destilliert, damit ihr volles Aroma erhalten bleibt. Veredelt wird er – wie all unsere Produkte – mit besonders weichem Wasser aus dem Nationalpark Harz.
