Our vision
Welcome to the HARZ DISTILLERY. For us, enjoyment is an experience that connects people. That's why we want to create a real place of experience in the Harz Mountains, where the craftsmanship we are passionate about can be experienced.
Our home is the Harz - and we love it. We combine this love for the region with our passion for spirits. We want to show that the Harz is special and endearing and help create many good reasons to visit and experience it.

For us, spirits are an expression of origin and attitude. We process raw materials into unique spirits with passion and experience. They bear the signature of the people who produce them, reflect the specialities of the Harz region through regional ingredients and partnerships, for example, and gain their significance in the moments when they are enjoyed together.
Grown from a small idea
Today: The HARZ DISTILLERY
What began as an idea has now, after many years, become a reality. At first, it was little more than a backyard thought and "just" the idea of creating and distilling other spirits in addition to Schierker Feuerstein. Step by step, it grew into something bigger. With a lot of passion, many ideas and attention to detail. Not everything was perfect right from the start, but that is exactly what made the journey so exciting. Today, this idea has become a company in its own right: The HARZ DISTILLERY.
With Schierker Feuerstein GmbH & Co KG, we as the Möller family bring a lot of experience to the table. But we can't do it alone. We are backed by a dedicated team. We are united by a love of craftsmanship, a love of the Harz Mountains and the desire to build something together that will last. Everyone brings their own strengths and ideas to the table - and that's what makes the difference. Together we combine tradition with a clear, positive future.
