WOODWALK GIN is made from four individually distilled components. For each distillation, distinctive botanicals such as juniper, berries, roots and herbs, hand-picked spruce tips from the Harz and fresh Amalfi lemons are combined so that they unfold their own world of flavour: clear juniper, woody, fruity-earthy or fresh with citrus. Only after distillation are the four distillates and alcohol brought together with great care into a harmonious composition. The result is a Harz Dry Gin with a clear juniper note and no sugar. Finally, WOODWALK is brought to drinking strength with particularly soft water from the Harz National Park.
With 56.3 % Vol, WOODWALK INTENSE is significantly more intense than WOODWALK CLASSIC. However, WOODWALK INTENSE also displays distinct notes of juniper, subtle coriander, fruity, woody and earthy nuances, and a lemony, fresh elegance.

We can only harvest the spruce tips for our WOODWALK once a year. In the spring, when the spruces develop their delicate, light-green shoots. Because it is precisely then that they contain the intense forest aroma that our WOODWALK GIN needs.
