Manufacture

WOODWALK GIN is crafted from four individually distilled components. For each distillation, distinctive botanicals – such as juniper, berries, roots and herbs, hand-picked spruce tips from the Harz Mountains and fresh Amalfi lemons – are blended in such a way that they develop their own unique flavour profile: distinctly juniper, woody, fruity-earthy or lemony-fresh. Only after distillation are the four distillates and alcohol blended with great care to create a harmonious composition. The result is a Harz Dry Gin with a distinct juniper note, containing no sugar and made exclusively from 100 % natural ingredients. Finally, WOODWALK is diluted to drinking strength using particularly soft water from the Harz National Park.

Taste

With 56.3 % Vol, WOODWALK INTENSE is significantly more intense than WOODWALK CLASSIC. However, WOODWALK INTENSE also displays distinct notes of juniper, subtle coriander, fruity, woody and earthy nuances, and a lemony, fresh elegance.
