Für unseren Erdbeergeist pflücken wir ausgewählte Erdbeeren in Bad Lauterberg von Hand und zerkleinern sie sorgfältig. Anschließend werden sie schonend mazeriert und langsam destilliert, damit ihr volles Aroma erhalten bleibt. Veredelt wird er – wie all unsere Produkte – mit besonders weichem Wasser aus dem Nationalpark Harz.
