Our vision
Welcome to the HARZ DISTILLERY. For us, enjoyment is an experience that connects people. That's why we want to create a real place of experience in the Harz Mountains, where the craftsmanship we are passionate about can be experienced.
Our home is the Harz - and we love it. We combine this love for the region with our passion for spirits. We want to show that the Harz is special and endearing and help create many good reasons to visit and experience it.
This is how our bond with the Harz becomes tangible, visually and spatially. Anyone visiting The HARZ DISTILLERY should find a piece of our home in the design and experience their own “Harz moment”.

Spirituosen sind für uns ein Ausdruck von Herkunft und Haltung. Mit Leidenschaft und Erfahrung verarbeiten wir Rohstoffe zu einzigartigen Spirituosen. Sie tragen die Handschrift der Menschen, die sie herstellen, spiegeln unsere Verbundenheit mit dem Harz – in einigen Produkten z. B. durch ausgewählte Zutaten aus dem Harz und Partnerschaften im Harz – wider und gewinnen ihre Bedeutung in den Momenten, in denen sie gemeinsam genossen werden.
Grown from a small idea
Today: The HARZ DISTILLERY
What began as an idea has now, after many years, become a reality. At first, it was little more than a backyard thought and "just" the idea of creating and distilling other spirits in addition to Schierker Feuerstein. Step by step, it grew into something bigger. With a lot of passion, many ideas and attention to detail. Not everything was perfect right from the start, but that is exactly what made the journey so exciting. Today, this idea has become a company in its own right: The HARZ DISTILLERY.
As the Möller family, we bring a wealth of experience to Schierker Feuerstein GmbH & Co KG. But we can’t do it alone. We are backed by a dedicated team. We are united by our passion for craftsmanship, our love for the Harz region, and our desire to build something together that will stand the test of time. Everyone contributes their own strengths and ideas – and that is precisely what makes the difference.
