Whether Williams pears, apples, raspberries or hazelnuts - we only use ripe, varietal fruit or spicy nuts with a full flavour. We process them carefully: sorted by hand, fermented or extracted in a controlled manner and then carefully distilled with a feel for what should be preserved. Our water for blending - i.e. reducing to drinking strength - comes from the Harz National Park. It is soft, low in minerals and ideal for blending.
